The application for a CITY BUILDING PERMIT is located under the FORMS tab.  

This can be printed and emailed to CEOKnouse@stanfordky.gov or 

mailed in to Jeff Knouse, Stanford Code Enforcement Officer, 403 E Main Street, Stanford, KY 40484.  

Fees can be paid online under the Pay Your Bill tab by clicking on General Fees. Please include instructions on where you would like the permit to be mailed.
